Here we are at the end of another exciting year here at Little Bird HQ – with lots to look forward to in 2023…
Since the first thing potential visitors or clients often see of your organisation may well be your online presence, it’s worth checking in on it now and again and being ready to give it a bit of a makeover when it needs it.
So, what can you do to ensure your website stays fresh?!
Here at Little Bird Creative, we have a long-standing relationship with the amazing people at Bodmin Keep. The military museum has something for everyone and this year, they began an incredible project, entitled Splanna!

When we’re not busy at Little Bird Creative HQ, there is a very good chance that you’ll find us singing. Music is for us – as it is for so many people – our “happy place.”
Do you remember your first trip to a museum?
When Little Bird Emma was little, her grandparents lived in London and she was lucky enough to have fairly frequent visits to incredible places like The Natural History Museum, The V&A and The Science Museum. To this day, she has fond memories of those trips; marvelling at the exhibits on display and taking her time to ensure she hadn’t missed seeing a single thing! Which leads us to a question…
If there’s one thing that is definitely true of any person working in a creative industry, it’s that we don’t do dull.
When we take on a brand new project here at Little Bird Creative – be it a piece of copywriting, a video, bespoke illustration, graphic design, website creation or podcast editing – we look for the detail that makes it specifically that: new. We strive to make each piece of work as unique as the people and organisations we produce it for. And because no two projects are the same, it means that now and then, we get to truly challenge ourselves!
It would be no exaggeration to say that the Manic Street Preachers changed my life. From galvanising my leftie views to encouraging me to seek out art and literature, they came crashing into my world when I was a hormonal teen and they still have permanent residence in my affections now that I’m a hormonal adult.
As a result, when I heard that Marc Burrows was releasing a book, charting the band’s career – with fourteen writers producing essays on each of the Manics’ albums – I was very much in.
